1. Internship & Trainees
Our internships will allow you to get involved in realprojects specifically matched to your interests and abilities. You’ll receive regular and structured performance evaluations from your mentor and direct supervisor, and you’ll find out what the construction industry is really like, from the inside.
The Internship & trainees work program has two primary goals:
1. |
To provide students with valuable, productive and rewarding work experience through exposure to people, projects and procedures of Jeram Saga operations in a way that will build on their current skills and previous work experiences; |
2. |
To provide the student and the company with an opportunity to mutually evaluate each other in terms of potential fit relative to graduate employment.

2. Graduates
We are looking for graduates to fill various positions.
Graduate employment
1. |
Graduating university students as well as recent university graduates from various degrees are welcome to apply. For some positions, third language proficiency and relevant work experience is needed. |
2. |
Fluency in English with a minimum B in Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM) , or band 4 in Malaysian University Englist Test (MUET), is required for all positions. |
3. |
Applicant(s) is/are required to have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above |
4. |
Applicant(s) which does/do not meet the requirement as stated in item 3, but with third language competency and relevant working experience will be considered by the management |
3. Contract Executive/ Quantity Surveyor
Job Description:
1. |
Plan, organize, analyse and review the accuracy of costing for pre and post contract. |
2. |
Taking off quantities and preparation of Bills of Quantities. |
3. |
Sourcing competitive quotations, monitoring and preparation of monthly progress claims and variation order claims. |
4. |
Plan, organize and carry out the quantity surveying work in compliance with the designs and specifications. |
5. |
Preparation of cost analysis, pre-qualification documents and tender documents for tendering exercise. |
6. |
Source, check, analyze and verify quotations/claims/pricing from sub-contractors/suppliers/vendors. |
7. |
Identify, check, verify and evaluation of subcontractors’ claims and Final Account. |
8. |
Preparation of Final Account documents. |
9. |
Preparation of Loss and Expense Claim. |
Requirement:
1. |
Degee/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/Project Management. |
2. |
Minimum CGPA 3.0 and above. |
3. |
Independent and goal-oriented. |
4. |

4. Account cum Admin Assistant
Job Description:
1. |
Assist in accounting function and duties as deemed fit by the Management. |
2. |
Organizing banking transaction and payment arrangement. |
3. |
Handling ad-hoc administrative duties. |
4. |
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time. |
Requirement:
1. |
Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountacy/Banking/LCCI or equivalent. |
2. |
Required skills : UBS,MS Excel, MS Words. |
3. |
Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Malay. |
4. |
Willingness to learn |
