The IBS system are well known in maintaining persistent in quality to standards required due to the factors where most of the IBS system members are manufactured in production line in the factory. Government of Malaysia has put a lot of effort to start the implementation of Industrialized Building System(IBS) in their construction contract and roadmap for IBS toward 2010. We have successfully delivered numerous government projects and in particular, school projects, using the IBS system. In Jeram Saga, we have explored all possibility of the IBS system ranging from the construction methods to value engineering of the system to give our client better savings and 'value for money' projects.

We have completed numerous fast track project especially factories and showrooms using structural steelwork system. Throughout the years, we have maintained strong partnerships with our fabricators and dedicated welders to successfully deliver the projects on time.

In Jeram Saga, we recognized that 'time is of the essence' to our clients and that is why we armed our forces with expertise of doing fast-track but without compromising the quality of the work. To date, we have successfully completed numerous renovations projects ranging from banking industry, auto-mobile showrooms, offices, auditoriums and many more.

Jeram Saga has a humble beginning as a paving contractor in the late 90s. At that time, interlocking pavers has been the main core business for Jeram Saga until year 2000 where we start to diversify into the construction industry. Today, interlocking pavers still remain part of our core business and we still deliver timely and satisfactorily work to our clients. Apart from that, we have also completed the landscaping work for few prominent developers and clients in Malaysia ranging from turfing, soft landscapes to hardscape.
